Please look at all pictures carefully for tips to align and mark holes to be drilled in original honda headlight cowling.Ā
Bottom 2 holes in screen measure distance and half it .Then mark with marker. The honda sticker line list mark up with the centre of the n letter. See attached pictures. This is a great starting point . Drill Bottom 2 holes first 3/8 size . Place bolts and rubber nuts in place then mark top two holes . Remove screen and drill last 2 holes.Ā Ā
IF THIS PROCESS IS TOO DIFFICULT FOR SELF INSTALL PLEASE PURCHASE COMPLETE UNIT COWLING AND WINDSCREEN COMPLETE.Ā
If you you drill holes a little of centre not a big deal just slot screen holes to maintain correct alignment.Ā
Please note 3/8 drill bit is perfect size for rubber well nuts.Ā
