This system removes the heavy and restrictive OEM catalytic converter, allowing the engine to breathe properly for more power, cooler running temps and sharper throttle response.

Direct bolt-on fitment – no cutting or welding required.

Developed and tested in Australia for local fuels and riding conditions.

🛠️ WORKSHOP / FITMENT NOTES

Retain OEM exhaust gasket – light emery dress if needed

Fit all components loosely first, then torque after alignment

Torque clamp AFTER first full heat cycle

Re-check torque after 50 km of riding

ECU relearn procedure recommended.

🔄 ECU / IDLE RELEARN PROCEDURE

After installation:

1. Start the motorcycle and allow it to idle until the cooling fan cycles twice.

2. Stop the motorcycle and switch the key off.

3. Cycle the key once.

4. The ECU adaptation (relearn) is now complete.

5. Start the bike and ride away with new adaptive values installed.
